What is the Over the Rainbow Coalition?

Over the Rainbow Coalition aims to serve the needs of the Massachusetts’ older LGBT population. The group meets for a buffet dinner at the House of Seven Gables in Salem every 2nd Tuesday of the month. The atmosphere is safe and comfortable, and civic community supporters that arrange each dinner are pleased to be able to provide the older LGBT community with a safe place to socialize and to obtain more information about financial, health, and other related services in the area.  Click here for more information about the Supper Club.

How Can the Over the Rainbow Coalition Help the Older LGBT Population?

The Over the Rainbow Coalition connects lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender older adults with other like seniors, and enables networking between both older adults and their caregivers. Both information and support is provided to the elderly LGBT community through the Coalition, and encourages them to connect with area support services that allows them to age safely and with dignity.
